Has 20 years of experience in the financial and insurance markets, with relevant work on going-public processes, structured debts transactions, and M&A. Was in charge of third-party investment management at the largest public bank in Latin America, as well as of restructuring its security assets. In recent years, she worked as CFO at a Brazilian insurance company, bringing with her a solid background throughout the corporate financial chain, including FP&A, BI, Accounting, Controllership, Treasury and Management. She holds a Mechanical Engineering with emphasis on Production degree from UNIFEI and an Executive MBA in Finance from INSPER.
