With 34 years of experience in various areas such as accounting, finance, and auditing, and 28 years dedicated to the insurance market, working in IPO and M&A processes. He worked in the management of accounting and investments in financial institutions and insurances in areas of life, pension, health, casualty, and essential branches. In recent years, he has worked as a controller and auditor at the largest reinsurance company in the country, working in the privatization process and preparation for an IPO and as a controller at the branch of a multinational insurance company.
Holds a degree in Accounting from ABEU, with an Executive MBA in Insurance from Candido Mendes/FUNENSEG and an Executive MBA in Controllership, Accounting, and Finance from FGV.
He is passionate about learning new business models for the insurance market, that combine innovation, environmental, social, and best governance practices.
